This plant was sold to me as Globe White Pine. It is very hard to find references to this plant. The genus species name leads me to a "catch all" group of dwarf White Pines.

I have grown this plant for 21 years (2016) and from a plant that was around 18" by 18", it is now over 5 feet tall by 8 feet spread, slightly pyramidal
