Common Name: Mrs. Cesarini Blue Spruce
This flat-topped, globose growing dwarf Colorado spruce, however, sets itself apart and is becoming very desirable. Its needles are a unique blue-green and regularly puff out with a second flush in mid-summer, while most only push once in the spring. There is also a variance in the needle color between the new growth and the older foliage.
