The "Dwarf Himalayan Pine" is native to the mountains from Afghanistan to Nepal, from an elevation of 6000 to 12,000 feet. This unusual form of the Himalayan pine has the same long, silver-blue drooping needles as the species, but in a slow-growing, densely rounded form.
