WHITE CYPRESS WOOD ESSENTIAL OIL

Our White Cypress Essential Oil is distilled from the wood (not the leaf) of the Australian native Callitris Glaucophylla, prized for its woody, forest notes and grounding aroma.

White Cypress pine has a strong place in Aboriginal culture (oars, resin and medicine) and Totem Eco is excited to offer this relatively new Essential Oil in our all natural range of Australian deodorant pastes.

DIATOMACEOUS EARTH (FOOD GRADE)

Diatomaceous earth (pronounced di-a-to-ma-ceous) is a powdered substance known largely for its detoxifying properties. Believe it or not, diatomaceous earth is actually made from ground up microfossils called diatoms. Diatoms have an outer shell made of silica, and as well as providing a food source for marine organisms, diatoms can form into rock, known as diatomaceous earth.

Our food grade diatomaceous earth is a natural detoxifying ingredient! Highly absorbent and anti-microbial, it is able to wick away sweat and unwanted toxins which helps clear your system of bad smells, wastes and impurities.

Our locally sourced Australia kaolin white clay helps to absorb moisture and remove oils, secretions, and unwanted contaminants from the skin. It’s thought to be the mildest and most gentle clay used for skin care making it ideal for all skin types.

Candelilla wax is non-comedogenic so it won’t clog pores, and is safe to use on oily skin types. It also contains a rich amount of Vitamin A – which promotes cell regeneration and is touted as being beneficial to sun spots and ageing skin.

This vegetable wax is often used as a viable substitution for beeswax, which is great for vegan lifestyles while providing a smooth gliding texture gentle for all skin types.
