Norfolk Island Pine 異葉南洋杉 Araucaria heterophylla
Originally from the Polynesian Norfolk Island this tree is now widely planted around Hong Kong. Up to 60 metres tall. A 2017 study found that the trees tilt towards the Equator - tilting south in the northern hemisphere and north in the Southern Hemisphere.

Hong Kong's native pine tree, its quite common in dryer forest areas. Differentiated from the slash pine by its smaller pinecones and purple mini pinecones in the spring. Up to 45 metres tall.
