Rudolph's Christmas Trees

horrible. there was a price tag on a tree for 139 for a 6' ft tree but when my family and i ask for it one of the workers said it's false and that it's 169 as if the tag was not just there. He then took the price tag off and ripped it ignoring us when we compared the same exact tree right next to it. just horrible.

The manager there tried to charge me $80 for a 4 foot tree. Now mind you, we are 4 days away from Christmas so I know I'm the procrastinator, but that's a rip off. I went straight to star nursery, and got a 6' tree for $30. I highly recommend going elsewhere

I had a tree removed because it dried up within a few days and so we had another tree delivered and the two gentleman who delivered my tree literally came in grabbed it from the top and drug it out without taking off the stand and the tree completely destroyed my doorway chipping my door and removing the paint and wood , scraping through the entire entryway chipping the frame as well. I've been calling trying to speak with a manager for three days and have been given the runaround that somebody will call me back within an hour and nobody calls me back. very unpleasant to have been treated like this especially when we paid close to $300 for a tree supporting their business. The guys apologized and said that they removed the tree the wrong way and should've done it another way and that the company would definitely be responsible enough to reach out to me and pay for the damages.
the door is going to cost me over $800 to fix. The mess that I was left with to clean up wast fun either. The woman who sent the gentleman to my home I believe she said one of them was her son and when I spoke with her she said basically it was my problem not theirs and they are not going to take care of the situation I guess they just hire random people to enter peoples beautiful homes and don't care if anything is stolen or destroyed.

This is the first tree that we purchased from Rudolph's and we love it. The service was great and the atmosphere was festive. We chose a 5/6 foot for 80$ and it's been up for a couple weeks now and doing great! Definately recommend! Love love love!

Super friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and doesn't pressure you into buying a tree or rush you. They are even willing to negotiate on prices and have a little stand where you can make hot chocolate for you and your family!
