This bluish grey cultivar is similar to the species however it is more conical and doesn't grow as tall. But it does require space as it can reach 40m. When young, the tree is dense and narrow pyramidal with slightly ascending branches. With age the crown will broaden to around 8m. The reddish brown, fibrous bark is thick and deeply grooved. H6
