'Sternschnuppe’ is a nice dense conical Japanese umbrella Pine with thick dark green needles that are shorter in length than the species. This gives ‘Sternschnuppe’ an excellent texture that is almost cartoon-like. ‘Sternschnuppe’ may reach 4-5 ft in height in 10 years. ‘Sternschnuppe’ is a German selection that translates as “Shooting Star”.
