Ian McKellen will reprise some of his most famous roles, including Gandalf and Macbeth, for a one-man show titled Shakespeare, Tolkien, Others & You.

The show will be performed at London's Park Theatre from July 3-9, according to the official announcement. The theatre's artistic director, Jez Bond, will direct the show, which will be "accompanied by a never-before-seen exhibition" of posters, paintings, and photos from McKellen's vast body of work.

In addition to his performance, McKellen will answer audience questions, perform alongside audience members, and discuss his work on stage with other actors and directors. Proceeds from the show will go toward the Park Theatre, which is a registered charity.

"The monies raised from the higher ticket prices for this production will support [Park Theatre's] core ambition of producing accessible theatre throughout the coming years and furthering their work with the local community," said McKellen.
