We love this globe shaped small Japanese Larch, Larix kaempferi 'Blue Ball', growing to be 18 inches in diameter in 10 years, with charming blue needles. Slow growing and deciduous, dropping its needles in the fall annually. The blue needles appear in April, and often have cones 1 inch long in the summer and remain on the tree for several years. Suitable for container culture.  Hardy to zone 7
