The foliage of Gold Mop is outstanding in all seasons. It gets brighter yellow in summer, making it perfect for foundation planting, or in shrub beds. Adapts well to banks and slopes. Combine with green junipers for a striking foliage contrast. Good luck trying to find better color and contrast in any other juniper. Needs full sun for best color. Very hardy - moderate to fast growth. Can be used as a brilliant mid sized accent, or grouped together in border or hedge type plantings. Golden yellow coloration is best displayed in full sun locations, and will tone down during the winter months

I'm very hopeful that the two mop heads will Only get 3 feet tall as Mirt told me. Quite a few threadlike needles fell off them when I took them out of the plastic wrapping. They were wrapped very securely for transporting. They are looking good.
