Nice pics Nate, but they didn't name all in the good way:

    Picea bicolor 'Howell's Dwarf'
    Must be written as
    Picea jezoensis 'Howell's 'Dwarf'

The difference between Picea bicolor and Picea jezoensis is that the needles of the first one are placed around the branch while the needles on the second are growing flat.
This name mistake will be made over and over again...

    Picea mariana 'Aurea'
    Must be written as
    Picea mariana 'Aureovariegata'

This is because it's needles are not completely yellow (='Aurea') but yellow tipped (='Aureovariegata')

The Abies fraseri 'Green Scout' is a nice columnar type.
I never saw this cultivar before.

    Thanks for the tour!

Good reason for correct names. That Aureovariegata has fantastic green color. If I could have a big tree, I would already have been searching the wrong name and may have found the wrong plant even. Love that pale green color it looks because of the variegation. That Metasequoia trunk is really cool looking and that Slowmound is really nice.

Thanks Edwin for the name corrections, and thanks for the comments Cher - I agree!

    Pinus strobus 'Veracurve'

    Juniperus conferta

    Picea pungens 'Globosa'

    Juniperus communis 'Haverbeck'

    Juniperus horizontalis 'Mother Lode'

    Picea jezoensis 'Landis'

    Picea abies 'Argenteospica'

    Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Filifera Aureovariegata'

    Pinus monticola 'Crawford'

    Pinus parviflora 'Kokuho'

Again some very nice pics but also some errors here:

    Pinus strobus 'Veracurve':
Must be written as 'Vercurve' which is the same plant as Pinus strobus 'Tiny Kurls'.
The thing is that Greg Williams gave scions away to some propagators before he gave this plant a proper cultivar name.
Talon Buchholz named it 'Vercurve' while Bob Fincham named it 'Tiny Kurls'.
I think the Buchholz Nursery don't know about this situation because they mentioned both at their website.

    Picea pungens 'Globosa':
In the trade it's named Picea pungens 'Glauca Globosa' but it's true full name is Picea pungens forma glauca 'Globosa'.

    Picea jezoensis 'Landis':
This is not a P. jezoensis cultivar. it's a Picea glehni cultivar.
The true full name is Picea glehni 'Landis'.

I guess the soil of this Arboretum is pretty moisty because the five needle pines don't feel so happy overthere...

The Picea abies 'Aregenteospica' looks now just like the species but it will give awy a great show when it's buds are starting to flush :0)

Nate, can you pass these name correction to the head operator of this Arboretum?
I hope I helped them with my input...

Another nice set of photos. Thanks for posting these - I have enjoyed the series.

Do you know what's the golden spruce at 2:00 in the first picture?

Thanks for showing these, Nate! I really like the 'Green Scout.' I wonder how it compares to 'Reeseville Selection.' I also really like the Picea glehni 'Landis'.

"Do you know what's the golden spruce at 2:00 in the first picture?"
I was wondering about this too. Is it possibly Picea pungens 'Walnut Glen'?

Thanks Edwin, Alex, Dietzjm, TJ, and Richard.

Edwin, it did seem that some of the five needle pines were struggling, although others were doing better. They have some nice strobus and ayacahuite x strobus that looked healthy.

Alex, Richard got it, that one is Walnut Glen.
