Have always loved the Schoodic pine, yours looks fantastic! What zone are you in, and would you recommend it for a zone 5 dry soil?

^ If it behaves like regular banksiana, it should do well in a dry soil.

I'm a solid zone 4. It's in the hottest dryest place I have a thrives.

I like the P.p 'Aurea' and the 'Big Tuna' has a real presence, perfect specimen.

Wonderful choices. I would love to see more from your garden. The Picea glauca 'Pendula' look great.

Hmmm...your P.p 'Aurea' looks just like my 'Walnut Glen'. I was questioning wheather mine was 'Walnut Glen' since it has such a prominent yellow glow like your 'Aurea'.

I have to tell you I'm a sucker for Picea glauca 'Pendula'. Your specimens look great in the photos.

What is the little blue one behind 'Schoodic'?

Picea glauca is one of my favorite conifers, I have four of them and hope to get more. Like them for their small foot print but big statment. The one behind is Picea pungens 'Wendy'. This bed is getting a little crowded and it wil be moved early next spring
