Planted mine out this spring it lost all its needleshowever its buds are breaking so its still alive itsa very nice spruce.

Here's same plant photographed four months short of a ten year span. Tree in now 17' in height and terminal shoot added 20.5" even in a drought year.
Thanks for posting. Vigorous, but one wonders if it would be subject to the needlecast diseases that Blue spruce is in the humid east US.
Thanks for the update. It would be nice to see a pic with someone next to it. I want to try one but I'm not sure how it will do in heavy soil.
