Are 'Glauca nana' and 'Compacta glauca' definitely different plants? Do you know what the differences are supposed to be between them?

Plantmarker, I grow a Cembra in Z7. I'm not an expert but I think that Cembra is not entirely happy in Z7 esp the hot summer nights. Compared to pines more adapted to warmer spots this plant looks out of sorts.

'Compacta Glauca' 1965 Frets & Zonen Nurs. Boskoop.

then:
'Glauca Compacta' (Glauca Nana is not listed in this book nor is listed in my other book: 'List of Conifer Names' [Erhardt]).
'Glauca Compacta' per Welch and Haddow says:
1990 An illegit. listed name. Further information requested

I don't know what to say. My photos are from The US National Arboretum; Bickelhaupt Arboretum in Clinton IA; and from 'The Harper Collection' Michigan. I'd have to check the ACS Database as well. I'll make a note.
