    Thuja occidentalis 'DeGroot's Spire'

Tsuga canadensis 'Slenderella' though i have never seen a pic of it and mine is small

Pinus cembra 'Stricta' maybe, though mine looks like a perfect xmas tree ... but i dont know what a regular cembra looks like

blue spruce had that weird yew in one of his recent posts

Taxus x media 'Sentinalis' though mine refuses to grow.. not z5 as far a i am concerned ....

    Thanks ken. Still looking.

I think Blue's plant was 'Black Tower'... Pinus koraiensis 'Winton' I've heard different accounts on. Anyone have photos of any decent-sized-specimens?

Rarefind has a fall sale and I just got a Chamaecyparis nootkatensis 'Green Arrow' and I love it.

    I love them too.

I'm interested in fir and pine and spruce mostly. Any more ideas...? I dare to use the words "out of the norm." No Degroot's, No Cupressina, no Taxus unless it's something really different such as was 'Black Rod' for probably most of us, at least here in the U.S. Whatcha got? I hope some of the Europeans chime in as well.

    Thank you,

    Dax

What about picea abies 'Claudine' ? You have one don't you ? That is the most narrowist / columnar norway spruce I know of. If you got a pic please post it. I can post it as well but it will take me forever to do. Technology and I don't mix very well kiddo.

Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Wissel's Saguaro', Taxus x media 'Beanpole'.

I did it. After 11 tries and 2 beers I finally got it.This pic posting is a pain. This is Picea abies 'Claudine' this has got to be the most narrow form of Norway spruce I know of. In the last pic is a 10 year old graft of 'Claudine' the one on the left of coarse.
Sorry for the pic being cut off at the top.

Kman-Neat tree. I've seen that pic posted here before. Any idea where to get one?

Dax-a few that come ti mind for me would be:
    Abies alba 'Pendula'
    Picea abies 'Hillside Upright'
    'Cupressina'
    Picea glauca 'Pendula'
    Pinus cembra 'Compacta'
    'Stricta'
    Pinus nigra 'Arnold Sentinal'
    Pinus strobus 'Columnaris'
    'Fastigiata'
    'Fastigiata Divine'
    'Kate Brook'
    'Stowe Pillar'
    Pinus sylvestris 'Fastigiata'
    Psuadotsuga men. 'Fastigiata'
    Sequoiadendron gigaticum 'Pendulum'

There are a few that I have and off the top pf my head. A few of them are upright weepers.

It seems like there is a Fastiagte form for almost every species.

Trevor, I don't think Claudine ever made it into the hands of nursery owners.

'Claudine' was being offered by Western Evergreen, an OR wholesale grower, but it no longer appears on their availability.
