Did your plants get cones right away?
I assume the plant is 3-4 years old.

This one is on my wishlist, doesn't seem to be readily available.

I haven't had any trouble with this cultivar. This is a plant I recieved from Coenosium gardens a few years back. Love the color of the cones against the folage and the growth habit

Will & Harv, your little 'Early Cones' puts mine to shame. LOL. Mine almost died the first two years it was in my gardens. This summer was the first year it really perked up a bit and started to put on some growth. I hope it will even look better this next growing season. Mine has not put out any cones yet. But I'm just thankful it survived.
