Goo Goo Dolls to play at Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson
HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KWCH) - The Goo Goo Dolls will perform at the 2024 Kansas State Fair. The concert is scheduled for Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.
With over 15 million records sold worldwide and four Grammy Award nominations, the Goo Goo Dolls are known for iconic albums such as “A Boy Named Goo,” which achieved double-platinum status, and “Dizzy Up The Girl,” certified five times platinum.
Formed by John Rzeznik and Robby Takac in Buffalo, New York in 1986, the group’s hit “Iris” (1998) stayed at #1 on the Hot 100 for 18 straight weeks and was named “#1 Top 40 Song of the Last 20 Years.”
