Decatur police discovered a trafficking amount of fentanyl and other drugs on a Moulton man accused of shoplifting from Belk on Tuesday, according to the Decatur Police Department.
Shawn Brown, 31, was arrested and charged with third-degree retail theft, trafficking illegal drugs, tampering with physical evidence and several possession-related violations after Decatur police responded to 1801 Beltline Road S.W., according to police.
