Thuja occidentalis 'Filiformis' - threadleaf arborvitae, -eventually 7-8'x3-4'w, (tag says 3x3) zone 2-8, well drained average soil & moisture, intolerant of dry soil, avoid exposed windy sights. Compact loose upright rounded to conical tree-like form with weeping habit. Leaf blight may cause foliage to spot & drop. I've had mine 6 years and it's approximately 3x3 now.
