This 1939 introduction from England's W.H. Rogers Nursery makes a teeny tiny dwarf cushion, similar to C.o. 'Nana', but the tiered flattened tufts of foliage are slightly glaucous blue. In 10 years, expect a plant 4" tall x 8" wide... perfect for the rock garden or trough.
