A hyperactive Chihuahua named Ren and his brainless cat pal, Stimpy, headlined this cartoon series on Nickelodeon. The duo's zany adventures were accompanied by gross-out humor and outlandish sight gags. Series creator John Kricfalusi provided the original voice of Ren and former 'Howard Stern Show' member Billy West voiced Stimpy, until creative differences between Kricfalusi and the cable channel led to his exit, leaving West to take on Ren's character as well.
