This rare, dwarf pine is a showstopper: during the colder months, it turns bright gold until Spring; a great selection of our native lodgepole pine.


  • Mature Size: 10’ Tall x 5’ Wide

    Annual Growth: 2-4”

    Specific Maintenance: Protect from deer.

    General Maintenance: Regular watering, Structural Pruning (every 5-10 yrs), Annual balanced fertilizer (May-June, slow-release).

  • Benefits:

    Great cold-hardiness, wind tolerant, drought tolerant, no major disease or pest concerns, soil adaptable, storm resistant.

    Drawbacks:

    Very slow growth, and must protect from deer.
