Kolompeh is a delightful Persian pastry with a unique blend of flavors.

The out layer is flaky and buttery, while the filling consists of organic Medjool dates, walnuts and aromatic spices, creating a harmonious balance of sweetness and nuttiness.

Kolompeh is naturally sweetened with dates and has no added sugar or preservatives.

These freshly baked cookies are tender, flaky, fragrant with saffron, using a recipe that has been in my family for generation.

These gorgeous cookies are individually stamped and decorated by hand and even though they're made from fresh & all natural ingredients, they have a great shelf life and they also freeze really well.

Gluten-Free option is available.

The cookies are individually wrapped in the food safe tissue papers to ensure the safe arrival.
