Abies Veitchii war vor 2 Jahren in tadelloser Ware ge- pflanzt worden; sie hat hauptsächlich an den Triebenden ge- litten, so daß der neue Frühjahrstrieb nur kurz blieb. Im Laufe der Sommermonate konnten sich die Bäume nicht recht erholen. Thuya occiV/en^a//s-Varietäten ließen ihr Laub fast gänzlich fallen und zeigten wenig Triebfähigkeit.
